When memory cards are used in mobile devices such as mobile
phones they draw power, which affects battery life. Generally, the lower the voltage of a memory card, the less
current it will draw to operate leading to a longer battery life. This is becoming more important with 3G/2.5G
Camera Phones and Smart Phones.
Currently, MMC (MultiMediaCard) and RS-MMC (Reduced Sized MultiMediaCard) are 3.3 V (Range: 2.7V to 3.6V).
They are also both 7-pin.
There are new DV (Dual Voltage) versions, DV-MMC and DV-RSMMC (both 7-pin) these operate at 3.3V (Range: 2.7V to 3.6V)
and 1.8V (1.7V to 1.95V). The cards are designed to work in current devices and new dual voltage and single voltage
devices.
Some new devices will only operate at 1.8V. Therefore they require the DV version of the card.
The Nokia 6630 is one of the first devices that will require DV-RSMMC - current non DV-RSMMC cards will not work.
Other mobile phones that require DV-RSMMC are the Nokia 6680, Nokia 6681 and Nokia 6682.
Free delivery items (online orders only) are dispatched by Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and approximately 95% are delivered next day but please allow up to 3 days.
Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days.
If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to OFFTEK.
UK Special Delivery
These items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery. Delivery to the majority of UK postcodes is guaranteed next working day by noon (a large majority are also delivered on Saturday but it is not guaranteed). Due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather conditions etc then your item may be delayed. Exclusions are as follows: -
Scottish Highlands - Next Day by 17:30 Shetlands Islands - Two Working Days Outer Hebrides - Two Working Days Sark & Hern Channel Islands - Two Working Days Orkney Islands - Three Working Days

International Delivery
All items dispatched for delivery outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail using their Airsure or Swiftair Registered service. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery depending on the country of destination.
Returning Products for Refund
Customers can return items for a full refund based on the following conditions :-
You are a private and not a business customer.
The goods have been in your possession for no more than 10 days
The item can be sold again as new (unused and unopened)
The goods are returned to us no later than 14 days after date of receipt
In order to return a item you will need to send an email to returns@offtek.co.uk stating the reason for return and your invoice number.
You will then receive an email providing details of how to return the product. Please note that the return cost is the responsibility of the customer.
The return of products from business Customers is at the managements descretion and a 20% restocking fee may be chargeable
Returning Products for Replacement/Repair
If a product is still under warranty then it can be returned for repair or replacement. For complete warranty details please

as in stock and due to high demand all stock has been allocated and the order cannot be dispatched the
same day, then we will inform you via phone or email of this fact.
