1st Class Royal Mail PacketPost

Items dispatched by Royal Mail 1st Class using their PacketPost service are normally delivered within 1-2 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please allow 3-4 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands may take up to an additional 3 days.

If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be returned to OFFTEK.

UK Next Day Delivery by 9AM, 1PM or Saturday Delivery

These items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special delivery. Delivery to the majority of UK postcodes is guaranteed by 9AM, 1PM or on Saturday depending on the service you have selected.

If you select Saturday delivery on any day of the week, then your order will be dispatched on Friday for delivery by 1PM on Saturday. Please note that the 9AM service is not available on a Saturday.

International Delivery

All items dispatched for delivery outside of the UK are sent by Royal Mail using their Airsure or Swiftair Registered service. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for delivery depending on the country of destination.
