Customers can return items for a full refund based on the following conditions :-
You are a private and not a business customer.
The goods have been in your possession for no more than 10 days
The item can be sold again as new (unused and unopened)
The goods are returned to us no later than 14 days after date of receipt

The return of products from business Customers is at the managements descretion and a 20% restocking fee may be chargeable.
Product is faulty within 28 days
If your product is faulty within 28 days of receipt (14 days for Business Customers). When the goods
have been returned to us and confirmed after testing as faulty, we can then either provide a refund or replacement.

Faulty Goods within Warranty Period
OFFTEK provides a limited lifetime warranty on 'memory modules'. Flash memory, storage devices and any other
products are subject to specific manufacture warranties, which are listed against each product. When the goods
have been returned to us and confirmed after testing as faulty, we will then provide a replacement.
