"We have used your company for a few orders now, most recently yesterday. Yesterday, I placed an order for some DDR3 ECC memory. Within about 15 minutes of placing the order, one of your sales staff had called me up with an enquiry - as they put it, "This is quite specialised memory, are you absolutely sure this is what you need?".
As it happens, we were able to confirm that it was precisely what I needed - I am quite technically adept (being experienced in computers from the hardware design level up; I have been working in the industry for approximately 30 years now ...). However that in no way detracts from the quality of service I feel I have received from your company - having someone technically knowledgeable call up to check whether I had ordered exactly the right memory, as it was a little specialised, and able to take the motherboard manufacturer and model information from me and double-check that I had ordered the right parts - that can only fairly be described as outstanding customer service.
What a rare and pleasant change to find that quality of service in a UK (or any) company these days. It is most commendable, and exactly the sort of service which will cause you to get all our memory orders (small and infrequent though they may be) and our recommendation to our clients and my associates that they also use you.
